Melissa Nguyen: President/CEO

Melissa Nguyen is the President and CEO of Innovare Technologies. Partnering with Innovare leadership, she is responsible for growing the company and developing innovative and client-focused technology solutions to meet clients’ ever-changing needs.

Coming to the United States in 2012, Mrs. Nguyen has worked hard in various roles to pursue her American dream. She is a well-rounded individual with demonstrated experience in government contracting accounting, software development life cycle, database administration, and data analytics. Working in different roles, she has extensive knowledge of technology-related challenges in a variety of business areas. In her most recent role as a business intelligence analyst, she designed and implemented data frameworks and pipelines to optimize data integration as well as developed dashboards to support the effective decision-making process. Her strong work ethic coupled with her ability to quickly adapt to changes has established her as a valuable team member.

Mrs. Nguyen is dedicated to developing Innovare to become a trusted and reliable women-owned small business providing innovative and customized technology solutions. She cares deeply for team members and is committed to both business and individual growth.

Mrs. Nguyen holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University. She enjoys spending time with her family and doing outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and kayaking.
